Hello, my name is Moswen Taylor. I’m the State General Agent in Indianapolis, IN, with American Income Life. I’ve been with the Company since 2004. I got a recruiting call from a manager in the Mark Hancock Agency one evening, and at the time I was in the trucking industry. I wasn’t really clear on what I wanted to do, but I knew a few things: I wanted to own my own business. I always had the desire to do that. I wanted to find a position that would provide financial security for myself and my family. Early retirement sounded good as well. I always had a passion for helping people but I was a little hesitant about getting into insurance. I came to American Income Life, went through the interview process, and found this Company had everything I was looking for and then some.

 

Several things stuck out to me that really separated this Company from all the others in the industry. The first thing was the marketing system: the leads, the fact that I didn’t have to do any cold calling, or blind door knocking really excited me. The second thing was the training program. A lot of times in particular industries, you can’t find a position without experience. Here, we specialize in taking people from outside industries and showing them how to be very successful, very quickly. The third thing that excited me about American Income Life was the compensation package. I was really excited at that time to find out that I could get one bonus check a month, and now Representatives can get several a week. And then there’s the renewal program – the fact that you can retire from this Company no matter what age you are after 10 years, and you’re fully vested in renewals. That was an opportunity I’d never seen before and still, I’ve never seen anything that compares.

 

I encourage anyone who has a desire to help or lead people or who feels they’re worth more than they’re receiving to come out to our offices and see what the company can do for them!
